Food was alright , but the biggest issue was the portion sizes. Compared to the U.S, and even other spots in town, Fusion will serve you nigiri half the size of what it should be. The salmon rolls we ordered were made up of 10% salmon and 70% cucumber. So to me, the prices did not seem fair for their sushi menu. It's not often food looks like the pictures on the menu or better. With such a wide selection of food on, you're bound to find something. There's even something for the kids. This collection of drinks is also impressive even the non-alcoholic ones.
I eat here every day I’m in town! the food is delicious and the presentation is amazing!! The sweetest staff ever!
There’s something here for everyone! There’s a whole sushi menu on top of a Costa Rican fusion menu. The portions are large and the sushi was good quality. We had plenty of leftovers after coming here. The tuna sushi was fantastic and my shrimp rice dish was flavorful and filling.
Friendly staff. We had some sushi and sashimi take away. They do not allow dogs
