Subway - City of Utica

The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was better than the last few subways I've been to. That being said, there was no chicken in my daughter's grilled chicken sandwich and no bacon on mine, my husband and my son's sub. But even without the chicken and bacon it still tasted better than the last 2 subways my family has visited.

Every time I go in the Utica Subway I regret it. Customer service isn’t a thing here. You can wait in line for an hour even then you’ll be ignored while they make online orders.

Fast and polite staff. very polite young people on the weekends. this is also the ONLY subway i've ever been to that actually cuts the foot longs in half. its a miracle and i love not having to finish cutting my sandwich when i get home or having to rip it apart.
