Stopped in today for my first time ever and place was really nice fast to be seated and helped, ordered our food wich was fast to come out and was really good then waited about 15 min before someone came around and asked if everything was ok and was not even by the waiter who first took our order we then waited about another 20 min before we got our check wich was by another waiter, I put my card on table with check... I'm was extremely impressed with the Whistling Kettle and their menu! It's much larger than it appears to be and has a lot of room and seating available. The environment is a good vibe with good people enjoying themselves. The atmosphere is very nice and creatively well done displaying their very extensive variety of teas and accessories available. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are extremely helpful and polite. You will be seated right away and offered something to drink as well as menus. They will not wait long to check back in on you and make sure you are catered to promptly at all times. The food and the menu was highly impressive offering a variety of creative, tasty and awesome soups, sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, and other beverages and food items. You can purchase them individually, as a meal or as a group offered on a 3 plated tier conveniently designed to feed a group of people without taking up too much room. The food was surprisingly very tasty and delicious! The items are priced very reasonably and affordable. I was thoroughly impressed and very ecstatic with everything about this quaint and classy restaurant! Will come again and again and recommend to anyone! Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly offering highchairs. Wheelchair accessibility: First floor entrance access suitable for wheelchair access, tables also convenient for wheelchairs.

Fast, friendly service with excellent food and great atmosphere.
The scone-wich, any variety, is recommended if you like a hearty biscuity type sandwich. I had the bacon egg and cheese version and loved it. The tea selection was good, but surprised they only had flavored tea on the menu.
