Our family stopped here for the first time this morning, after seeing a news article about it. We choose to eat a healthier lifestyle, and the way The Scratch Bakehouse makes it's products suits our needs. The owner greeted us and was very helpful and informative about the goods. Best bread I’ve ever had! I had a fresh sourdough multigrain loaf, with caraway, sunflower seeds, and poppy seeds. A rainbow burst of flavors, feom the initial crusty chewiness of caraway to the poppy, and finally the gorgeous sourdough finish WOW!!! Just sitting here eating it straight out of the bag, with the occasional butter and honey. Also the pastries are amazing. Very safe in their COVID precaution. Worth a trip.
Amazing Croissants... best I’ve had since Paris!! Other fabulous pastry and delicious breads!! You’ve got to check it out. They are at the regional market also!
