Frankie Johnnie's Steakhouse Rye - Feedback

What S S doesn't like about Frankie Johnnie's Steakhouse Rye:
We were well dressed polite and the waiter was consistently rude. The 12 ounce steak was clearly undersized. (we didn’t mention it). The mashed potatoes were watery. The butter for the bread appeared to be frozen margarine. No one asked us how our food was or if we needed anything. Very peaceful luxury restaurant, clean location and friendly staff. Me and my wife were seated in a romantic setting on the second floor as you can see from my photos. The wine was excellent and the bread simply great. I had the pork chops with baked potatoes and my wife had the her favorite Vodka Sauce Pasta which we both really enjoyed.
