What User likes about Ming Moon:
A local for about 4 years. I'm a Chinese American. I take Chinese dishes with a grain salt. It is usually not as authentic as I would prefer. However, training places for a western palate also come in the good and bad categories. Ming Moon is better than good. It's excellent! The ingredients are fresh. They're prepared. Good people, fresh ingredients cooked as they should be! No fat meat, no burned or muddy noodles, flavors always well balanced

I would not even rate this as one star. Just got carry out to the days inn. I got fried shrimp. IT was completely dried up not fit to eat.. Absolute worst chine...
