Tim Horton's - City of Olean

I so love Tim Hortons,my favorite place to grab daily coffee and either breakfast sandwiches or Timbits for my grands. It always amazes me to see the many cars lined up for drive through service. There is an employee named Gina that makes every visit a pleasure. She is so friendly and efficient. Never any problems with my order wish all workers would flow her example.

Always good coffee, but there are these times when you get to the bottom of your cup and there is nothing but a lot of coffee soil these times are disappointing, but about all its favorite coffee around

We have Tim Horton's coffee every single day maybe not on Sundays cuz we don't work on Sundays but if we go anywhere it's Timmy Hortons in our hand. This Tim Horton says very friendly employees that are fast and courteous we appreciate that

Poor customer service. I've only been to one other Tim Hortons location and the experience was completely different. Will not be visiting this location again.

The customer service experience at Tim Hortons was excellent due to a worker named Gina . She is so pleasant and always remembers our orders to the key. As long as she is there we will never go to another store
