Taco Bell - City of Olean

Save your money; it seems the staff struggles with preparing food properly. I've ordered three times, and each experience has been disappointing. Nothing was ever correct.

Taco Bell was great! I mainly ordered from there because of the Cinnabon. If you're in the mood for dessert, I highly recommend these. Trust me, do yourself a favor and go for the 12-pack—those smaller packs just won’t cut it. They’re like chips; you can’t eat just one!

I honestly would rate it 0 if I could, every time I order, something is wrong, things are missing, foods prepared incorrectly and the soda tastes like garbage. I stopped going for a while cause the employees have the worst attitude, then I tried again today and once again was incredibly disappointed. My beef chalupa with no tomatoes arrived as a chicken chalupa with tomatoes, my Doritos taco was completely missing as was my Baja blast, thankfully DoorDash is good with their refunds. I personally wont ever return and I hope no one else ever does.

The wrap to the Chalupa Supreme Combo was way to crunchy and the food was cold

Taco Bell is incredibly disappointing. I can't count how many times I've received orders from them with half of what I ordered missing—it's happened every single time. I used to work there for several years, and I could never have imagined being so careless with food that customers are paying for. They really need to improve their service!
