What Luis Garcia doesn't like about Starbucks:
The place itself was nice and clean. But there was a lot of workers and there was only one person making drinks. That one person was making refreshers, was pouring everything directly into the cup putting a lid on it and shaking it covering the mouth spout with her fingers, without washing her hands. I definitely grabbed a straw. View all feedback.
The food is consistently prepared and ready at the expected time.
I had one issue during my experience, but it was resolved quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints!
They should provide an option to leave a note for the order or specific item.
When one of the drinks I ordered turned out to be incorrect (I might have ordered it wrong), Avery kindly offered to remake it for me. This truly made my day, as I had been craving that drink! Despite the restaurant being quite busy, she remained cheerful and made sure every customer felt valued. Avery also wished us a wonderful day and a safe trip home with a big smile on her face. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
This Starbucks is outstanding! The line was quite long, but the way the team handled it was impressive. There’s a girl with gauges who seems to take charge. She’s humble and down-to-earth while managing the flow of customers. The entire staff works together so seamlessly, making the whole experience truly enjoyable.
