Low frills kinda place. Gets packed during lunch. Sandwiches are generously portioned and every table around us was taking about half to go. The cheesecake is super fluffy. Large salad was actually LARGE. If you're in the area I reccomend giving this place a try. Everyone in the neighborhood seems to know the place well. View all feedback.
What Steve S doesn't like about Paneantico Bakery:
Panteantico is a bakery and cafe with a wide selection of high-quality breads, cookies, cakes, pies, tarts and other pastries as well as prepared foods, deli meats and espresso drinks. They make great sandwiches. The ambiance is cramped inside with a nice outdoor area. The service is not great, but it does not seem to matter. Ordering from the counter, especially from the espresso bar is inconvenient. View all feedback.
Loveeeee this bakery. They have any and everything you can possibly think of. Breakfast and lunch from what I have experienced is great and they are very quick. Please please try the chocolate bagels plain or as a sandwich, they are delicious. A lot pf people I know come for the muffins as well...Great Energy
Traditional cherry pie is extremely delicious. Please don't add more sugar as the current recipe is balanced and tastes amazing!! It is nice to actually enjoy the pie without tasting sugar , ingredients top notch and really provides that homemade quality taste. Highly recommend ?
Paneantico will you PLEASE stop selling me STALE Lemon Cookies! I don't know what the problem is but 9 times out of 10 I buy the cookies, get home, unpack them and they are rock hard and crumble into pieces. Food here is OK, pricing is aggressive think $20+ for 6 small pieces of BBQ Ribs and $13 for a 4 x 6 piece of Lasagna. I appreciate the Italian pastry items and traditional holiday offerings. The cashiers seem to change constantly so service can be uneven and chaotic. But come on, please stop selling stale cookies *sigh*

A Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, institution. It is part bakery and part restaurant, with a Sicilian- Italian- New York menu and an unique “neighborhood” feel. The food is always delicious. Their breakfasts are amongst the best I have ever had. Service is friendly and quick. It grows on you and has a large number of faithful regulars. Highly recommended.
