I had a fantastic experience at this chocolate shop. The chocolates are exceptional, and the service is usually excellent. Yuki and the previous staff have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect flavor profiles. However, some of the newer employees appear to need a bit more training on the different chocolate flavors. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its quality and service.

I've been a regular customer since 2018 and really enjoy the chocolates and the friendly staff. However, on my most recent visit, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed to overlook customers at the counter and chose to serve people who arrived after me.

The hot chocolate is absolutely delicious and definitely lives up to the expectations! I would describe it as having a more adult flavor profile. I loved it, but my 16, 14, and 11-year-old found it a bit too strong and more reminiscent of dark chocolate. It was perfect for my taste!

I make it a point to stop by here during every NYC visit. It’s a small chocolate shop near Rockefeller center. Service is prompt. Their jam is their hot chocolate which is creamy and divine so do make sure to get some when you’re there. They don’t sell their hot chocolate mix which is kind of sad but I’ll settle for a couple of boxes of chocolate.

The best chocolate in the world! You can't go wrong with anything you get. It is worth every penny.
