A cute coffee shop with many vegan food options too, which is great! (vegan baked goods and savory breakfast items) It’s a nice place to sit for a while or grab-and-go. There are several locations throughout the city.

Edit 7/6/23:The app was just updated and it not only removed all the worthwhile perks it offered to VIP members but it also reset my status. VIP customers are now starting from scratch again. Gregory’s used to be the chain that cared about it’s customers but it’s joined the corporate masses and sacrificed quality in the process. Truly disheartening.Edit 2/10/23: The copy and paste responses from this company are a joke. I reached out via email as instructed to discuss the issues, 5 months later and still no response.Original Review:The quality of this chain has dropped so dramatically over the last few years I can no longer in good conscious support the brand. VIP members are supposed to get discounts but the app always charges you incorrectly, so always check your receipts! The app is run by a third party that is unable to process any refunds, nobody in the store is able to process refunds either! I 've constantly been told to come back in a couple days when a manager is around. Needless to say I 've started getting my daily coffee from a place that isn 't actively trying to rip me off.VIP members used to get a free pastry every month but now they 've started charging for it while still referring to it in the app as redeeming your free pastry . Also annoying is the ads for giveaways/promos that this particular location will say (after already making the qualifying purchase) that they are completely unaware of or just not participating in because they never received the info from corporate ...but they don 't care because they already got your money when you ordered ahead and they can 't refund it.Edit 2/3/23: Received promo email for $3 seasonal latte but staff was unaware of the promo, POS system wasn 't able to charge for the drink correctly. Why bother having a rewards system if you aren 't going to give your customers any of the rewards?

Always false advertising for promos that are never actually in the store. They 've even started charging for the free pastry members get through the app while still calling it a free pastry ...

I visited this restaurant in the late afternoon and found it wasn't too crowded. I was able to get a table and enjoy a chai latte. I have no complaints; the atmosphere here is quite pleasant.

The baked goods were disappointing! I ordered a blueberry muffin and ended up throwing it away within 10 minutes because it was stale. The coffee is good, but I've had one too many bad experiences with the pastries. It's a shame because I was a loyal customer for 6 years. Their loss!
