The food is good! The prices used to be reasonable, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I visit, I notice that the prices vary and the portions are getting smaller. When I speak up and request larger portions, they often charge me extra. Once, they asked if I wanted a salad, which I found strange since they had never asked before. When I inquired whether it was included, they said yes, only for me to end up paying $16 for lunch. Clearly, there was an additional charge! If you're not Dominican or a regular customer, make sure to ask about prices beforehand because you might end up paying more than expected. Shaking my head.
