Contribute Feedback What Tina Tsambas doesn't like about Caridad:
The chicken did not look or taste fresh. I was very disappointed with this meal. I've ordered from here before with no issues, but this was not a good experience at all View all feedback.
The restaurant is overpriced. I went there yesterday with my daughter, and we ordered pernil and pastel. The pernil was dry, and the pastel tasted like raw flour. Unfortunately, we ended up with food poisoning. To make matters worse, our meal cost us $30 for just lunch and a pastel, and they also charge an additional $3 for using a card to pay.
I visited today expecting decent service and some good Latin coffee. I ordered two cuatro golpes, two coffees, and one extra-large avena. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted terrible, likely due to using condensed milk. When I tried the Havana, I was equally disappointed with its spoiled flavor, possibly from the milk or the condensed milk. I ended up throwing everything away, which was frustrating given that I spent $46. Additionally, the first woman I encountered was quite unfriendly and didn’t even take my order. The other woman was more welcoming, but it didn’t make up for the poor quality of the food.
They are extremely careless and do not respect their customers. This restaurant needs to be shut down. When my food was delivered, everything was unsecured and scattered everywhere. They even accused me of just wanting my money back, but that wasn't the whole story—I was simply hungry! This place is really bad for business!
Clean and tasty food and helpful service. The coffee was a double espresso and do well made. Puts Starsmucks to shame.
I’m sorry say it but the food was not good. I told the employees that my green plantains were bad and he answered “ that is wear” . I asked for fríe boneless chicken and they gave me 8 small piece. The charge me 15 dollars for a food that I wouldn’t give anyone.
