Boca Chica - City of New York

I don't recommend this place!I ordered a dozen chicken empanadas for pick up. My guests complained b/c the majority were burned and 5 of them were completely empty inside, couldn't believe I purchased empty overly fried shells not even a hint of chicken

The food was nasty the beans no taste or what so ever the rice was dry and the manager said to me I'm a liar uneducated staff that works here the business is dead on a Friday do not come here if you wanna have a good dinner?

I usually don't write reviews but this restaurant which I have ordered from many times. Provided me the worst service. First the got my order wrong when I said something the lady on the phone was upset yelling. I told her what was missing and she later sent it which was a fish soup that was like dish water with fish bones. Unacceptable boca chica is a seafood restaurant. We were not able to eat it any of it.

The food in this restaurant is really amazing. One of the best Dominican Food.. The owner is also a sweet and humble. I will definitely be back.

This is a great place for a quick, home-cooked meal. They offer a daily hot buffet with authentic Dominican food.
