It's a bit challenging to summarize this restaurant, as it combines a casual diner vibe with fantastic food and drinks. There's a coffee bar, a meat counter, and they play vinyl records, making it a great addition to the neighborhood. The menu primarily features smaller plates, so I suggest ordering several items, especially during brunch when they offer many delightful side dishes. The burger is superb, and their drinks menu is impressive as well. The service is pleasant and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

What else can I say? The fluke crudo with ratatouille coulis is fantastic and unique in its own right. And the Beef Tartare Tonnato? Yes, please! The staff here are welcoming, friendly, and provide excellent service. I've tried about three-quarters of the cocktails on the menu, and every single one has been delightful. How is it that I’ve written this far without mentioning THE CHEESEBURGER? It’s fantastic as a single patty, but the double is an absolute treat—don’t skip the homemade special sauce! I also tried the roast beef sandwich at lunch, which was a real winner; I haven’t had it since they switched to Runner Stone bread, but I can only imagine it’s even better now. We’ve picked up a chicken from the butcher counter and asked them to prepare it in a specific way for our recipe; the butcher did so with skill and ease. The chicken was delicious, reflecting the excellent sourcing of their meats. Plus, the cheese selection is quite impressive. This place has quickly become our favorite in the neighborhood, and we can’t wait for them to start serving brunch. Keep up the fantastic work! We’ll definitely be back—perhaps too often!

My only real criticism is the pricing. I wish the portions were more substantial for what you pay, or at least that there were more small plate and sizable entree options available. I understand they might still be fine-tuning their offerings, but if you're in search of excellent coffee, cocktails, meats, cheeses, or a foodie-style dinner, this place is definitely worth a visit.
