Dazzles - City of Mount Vernon

I visited this restaurant on Thursday, and the lady working there was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the food, so I decided to come back the next day after work, which was Friday. However, when I arrived, I encountered a younger female staff member whose attitude was quite off-putting. She seemed disinterested in serving customers, and someone had to prompt her to help me. Her tone was completely unnecessary. Fortunately, I’ve changed and didn’t react the way I might have in the past, but it was frustrating. She needs to recognize that if the restaurant continues to employ people like her, customers won't want to return. I hardly ever see many people there anyway. She definitely needs to learn some humility. This will be my last visit unless there are new staff members. Thank you.

The service was terrible; we received the wrong dishes, and the food didn't taste authentic. I definitely won't be coming back!

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. After driving an hour and paying $20 for parking, I found out they were closed. Their website said they were open, and there were no signs outside indicating they were closed. The staff inside weren't helpful at all.

My preferred spot for tasty caribbean food. It was so fresh. I will probably become a regular. The place has a great feel to it.
