What Vanesa Bernaldo de Quiros doesn't like about Itsu:
They don't have tap water within reach like in most places, you have to ask the cashier. The bathrooms didn't work You didn't have seeds to add to your meals. The food ok. View all feedback. What Jane Mokuolu likes about Itsu:

read moreItsu offers a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes in a charming Covent Garden setting. While many guests rave about the cleanliness and friendly staff, some highlight inconsistencies in food quality—ranging from overly salty dishes to disappointing meal portions. Service shines with individual staff members, like Ahmed and Gosia, receiving accolades for their attentive hospitality. Though issues like bathroom cleanliness and the absence of self-service tap water raised concerns, the overall atmosphere remains inviting. The restaurant presents a decent option for quick, healthy meals, especially appreciated during a rainy London day. Enjoying the experience may depend on specific menu choices.
