VIP Kitchens on Springvale Rd is on the southern edge of the vast area of Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants, which make for great eating, and great competiton.A large-ish English menu is complimented by wall posters offerings of seafood, in Vienamese. Having visited several times, we noted the consistency in quality of the food, and found the duck and pork to be very good. Fairly large servings.Basic surroundings inside... View all feedback.
I chose to dine at this restaurant for lunch. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and flavorful, making it a great choice for gatherings with family and friends or for special occasions. If you're looking for fresh seafood, this is the perfect place to visit.
I tried the Mud Crab Udon soup at this restaurant and it was fantastic! The soup was a bit oily, but the flavor was excellent. I haven't had a chance to try anything else on the menu, so I can't comment on the other dishes.
I absolutely adore the crab noodle soup at this restaurant!! It's my go-to spot whenever I have a craving for it. The XO pipies are also quite tasty here.
Excellent food at very reasonable prices. We followed the chefs here from their old employers after they left there; that is how much we love these guys cooking! They are always happy to make something not on the menu for us. Fantastic friendly service.<br/
We had takeawy twice while we were in Melbourne.<br/ <br/ First time we ordered the Beef Chinese Broccoli with rice noodles Sweet Sour Pork with rice Both dishes were to tasty and fresh. Would love to eat them again.<br/ <br/ On our second take out we ordered Salt and Chilli calamari and Beef stirfry with vegetables and cashew nuts. The calamari was super crunchy and lacked salt and chilli. We added lemon at home and it made it sing. The Beef stirfy was average, but lacked the cashew nuts.<br/ <br/ Overall, both experinces were nice. Would go back for a quick meal. The prices were very reasonable.
