What User doesn't like about Waba Grill:
This place is ridiculous. I'm going here about 3 to 4 times a month and I think I'm done. Besides the ridiculously slow service, like in the HELL WABA GRILL... from WABA SAUCE. It's like a pizzeria hat that tells you they're from peppermint! No sauce for my takeout, no napkins, no fork. View all feedback.
Two times in a month, I drove one hour before closing through the car ride and the place was closed. Lights inside are on, but drive nerve ticking characters off. The signs say it closes M-F at 9:00. Does the franchise owner know? If the sign is wrong, it should specify the right hours.
I called the Fontana Waba Grill today to place an order for two and had to leave a message because the recorder came on that they were not able to answer the phone. I gave my name and number and said I wanted to place an order. Nobody called me back, I guess they don't care about their customers. Where's the customer service. Will not be back.

9/16/2019: 1 star rating I have a limited lunch time, so I ordered this online at 1120am. The order said it would be ready at 1132am. No problem, the place is close and I could get there and eat and make it back to work in time. I got there at 1130, a few minutes early and my order wasnt ready. I then started to notice that people that ordered at the register were getting their items within minutes. What got me worried was when one staff member came to me to ask what I ordered. I showed them my phone. Well at 1150 I got my order, had 0 time to eat it and was a few minutes late getting back to work. Thank you Wabba! To add insult to injury, the avocado I paid extra for was not on the salad. So now the salad I will be eating for dinner, instead of lunch wasn't even right. 9/17/2019: Ordered online again. Food was ready when I got there and the order was right. Bumped up rating from 1 to 3 stars. They definitely corrected the previous issues. 12/13/2019: Service and food has been pretty consistent since my last review. Bumped up to 4 stars.
The steak rice was great. Healthy lunch option. Going to try their salmon on my next visit. Highly recommended !!!
