Contribute Feedback What Dee Zboncak doesn't like about Chowking Usa:
Did a beef soup fight into a paper bowl, is my dog bowl a lot decent? There is not a beef but pure fat, the worst quality of beef used? I was ashamed to support a Pilipino business because of very poor quality and service worse than in the Philippines View all feedback.
Despite calling for help several times, I was completely ignored. I could hear another staff member nearby, but they also chose not to assist me. Eventually, one of the employees on break got up, walked in front of me, and rang a bell, but then sat back down without saying a word to me. I waited for a little longer, but it felt like I was invisible, as three employees clearly saw me waiting but did nothing. It’s frustrating—I felt like I was being overlooked. I’m not sure if it's because I don't look like I'm from the Philippines, but I'm done with this place. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning. I will also inform others to avoid this restaurant. They could at least make an effort to acknowledge customers.
At one point, I could hear another employee but was still overlooked by them. After calling out again, one of the employees on break eventually stood up, but instead of helping me, they rang a bell and then sat back down without acknowledging me further. I waited a bit longer, but even after three employees saw me waiting, I still received no recognition or help. It's disheartening to think that this might be happening because I don't look like I'm from the Philippines. This has occurred three times now, and it feels very unfair. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will definitely inform others not to visit as well. It's disappointing that they couldn't manage at least a simple acknowledgment.
I ordered the beef soup and was disappointed to find it served in a flimsy paper bowl. Instead of beef, there was mostly fat, and it was the lowest quality meat I've ever seen. I felt embarrassed to support a Filipino business due to the poor quality and service, which was even worse than what I've experienced in the Philippines.
Is it good (original?)
