Extremely interesting alternative to the noisy trying too hard bar at Maker. inventive cocktails served with sincerity by cool people in a relaxed setting. we just had drinks (Expresso martini is a lovely dive under a velvet rope) on our way to HFS butbar menu looked very fun.

Read a lot of reviews of this place in Hudson and we were desperate for ice cream. This looked like ice cream nirvana. We walked there, as the Google site said it was open but guess what? Closed. If you are going to use Google to attract business have thecourtesy to say you are closed when you are closed. I'll never go back. Side note: If you are looking for a business to openlook no further than opening an ice cream shop in the summer on the main drag: there isn't even one there. In the winter you canconvert to coffee. You'd make a mint.

Stumbled upon this place for a snack the Vietnamese hot dog was absolutely incredible. Would highly highly recommend along with the cucumber agua Fresca. The staff was so kind and it was a great experience!

Buttercup recently catered and provided the bar for our wedding right outside of Hudson and we could not be happier. The food and drinks are AMAZING and the staff is incredibly lovely. Our wedding was very DIY and Buttercup's owner, Kat, really wentabove and beyond to help us make everything perfect. People are still talking about the food and drinks weeks later. We highlyrecommend Buttercup! Do not miss it if you're in Hudson.
