Li'l Deb's Oasis - City of Hudson

This is one of the most extraordinary restaurants in Hudson. It seems when we go, we have almost everything on the menu. I can't stop ordering. Recently there is for lunch: Yuka fries in a delicate aioli, a beautiful chicken tamale in a juicy sauce, and potatoes with, get this local quality hot dogs fried and mixed under still a beautiful sauce. The food is only a part of what makes this a true find, and a blessing for Hudson. The owner-guided institution has an enormous force; charming and appealing staff, exciting music. Everyone seems happy here, employees and customers alike, and it radiates a quiet, beautiful humor. That's what hospitality should be.

Had a great lunch! He had the local hot dog and I had crab salad with a lot of avocado. We both tried the Tumeric, ginger, lime juice elixir. Oh, my God! Amazing drink and food was great! Music is a little loud, I was warned, but still... great food and healthy drink.

We loved our meal and service (thank you, Grace). I recommend sharing records to try a bit of everything. The whole fish was so delicious; crispy and light. Spouse loved the choices. We'll be back. Soon.
