Glad we stopped in off the beaten path for a nice dinner. Staff was friendly and inviting. Food was so good! My wife had the steak and and salad with chips. I took a couple delightful bites and the meat was cooked to perfection! My Fish Chips were amazing! Crisp beer batter with nice tartar sauce and crispy potatoes gave me a brief glimpse of heaven. Good flavor, great presentation and a jovial feel altogether! Joshu... View all feedback.
What Alice W doesn't like about Hamiltons:
No complaints really. Hamilton's is a relaxing place with some good vibes for a mid week afternoon drink (before the suits take over) however the pop art wallpaper is a bit contrived. I had a bitter house wine, which was my fault for ordering because at the end of the day I don't like wine and end up panic buying it at least once a week. I had a lovely well made coffee when the headache kicked in. Sadly I couldn't be... View all feedback.

Great breakfast and great service. The food is always good and its a really nice relaxed environment. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the kitchen can frequently miss requests or order items. Give the place a try though if your looking for great food a good prices.
Nice relaxing neighborhood restaurant with good food and great music (singer/guitar) on a Sunday evening! Friendly waiter and wonderful atmosphere.
Credits to Sir Mix A Lot and my good friend William, who does an amazing karaoke version that I always think of when I hear this song... I like fried fish and I cannot lie. You other brothers can 't deny When a server walks in with a big ol ' plate Of flaky white fish in your face You get hungry, wanna pull out your fork 'Cause you notice those chips are steamin '... Yeah, yeah. Enough. But seriously, the fish and chips at Hamilton 's are fo ' reezy. They 're presented artfully on a rustic wooden board with tubs of tartare sauce and mushy peas(? , along with a lightly dressed side salad of fresh greens. Though I prefer my chips a bit more crisp, the amazingly flaky fish battered in fatty golden starch more than made up for any shortcomings of the spuds. Beyond that, it seems that Hamilton 's repertoire includes other winners in the food and drink department. If you 're a fan of chorizo, don 't miss out on the roast chicken dish. Plus, they offer a number of draught brews. As far as pubs go, Hamilton 's definitely gets a thumbs up, and although we were sad about being turned away from the closed kitchen at The Saint, at least they directed us toward some alternative good eats!
From the outside this place doesn't look like much but inside the interior is super funky and very comfortable. Shame I don't have such positive things to say about the food and service. First, my drink order was wrong. That's ok, just waited for the right drink. And then 20 minutes later my drink arrived. Then there was the food. The burger, not too bad, my partner rates it a 7/10. The club sandwich was a plate of wth!?! Chicken and mozaralla on two chunks of ciabatta, no basil pesto as stated on the menu and cold bacon. I could not for the life of me figure out how to eat it, so enjoyed some bland chicken and mozarella with a size of overly large chunks of bread and cold bacon. Such a shame. Then commenced the 30 minute wait for our bill, whilst I tried and tried to catch the eye of somebody, anybody! And so was my experience and Hamilton's. The redeeming quality here is the ambience surprisingly. Nice place to sit and share drinks with friends but I'd be very wary of ordering food.
