Stopped going just for this reason, went in today to get hot coffee and two young lady's came in behind me and ordered several cold drinks.I had one person taking my order then when they come they got like three people talking care of them and getting there drinks before I even got my one coffee I ordered.Never again you people suck. Sorry next time I'll make sure I wear a set. View all feedback.
Great store, crew... I'm there frequently and they are always busy... they are always friendly and the service is very good!

The WORST shop in the cap... I don't normally take the time to write negative reviews, however I have stopped at this location a few times now.. and the wrong orders.. the poor attitudes and the feeling of not being a valued customer are not a one off case.. If you are looking for a dunkin… there is one across the bridge in burg.. make the drive.
The coffee at the dunking, in cohoes is always hot and fresh. Great staff. Quick service.
