sometimes its a little dirty, but not gross. the food is consistently good and clean. the staff are pretty fast. if they update the look and keep it a little cleaner id give it a 5. i go here a lot. very good. you can tell they mean well and are slowly renovating and keep putting money back into the place. everyone ive spoke to loves this place. room for improvement but food is great. im always happy and full. What Autumn Cardente doesn't like about Hibachi House Buffet:
Absolutely awful. There was 9 of us for my step daughter's birthday. Sushi maker was rude. And then when my husband went to pay they added the gratuity which is fine but then a staff member ran outside after us and said we didn't leave a tip when they charged his card for it. Total was $149.99 fo 9 people at $12.99 per person. Then .08% tax which was about $9.35. round it up to $10. Tell me what the difference is and... View all feedback.
Love this place so much. Came here with my partner last Friday and really enjoyed it. Very calming atmosphere with a delicious variety of food. I strongly recommend eating here when you're craving Chinese food.
They very much season their food I would recommend and go back
Was in there a little bit ago and the server wouldn't quit taking our stuff before we were done and then came over when we went to get a second plate and threw down the check . Felt so rushed and hostile. There was a bucket of dirty cleaning water sitting right next to our table as well and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting I'd rather use a porta potty.
They said DINNER starts at 3:30. 16.99 each. Food has gone down hill. Not at all happy with DINNER at 3:30. On A Wednesday afternoon.
Love the food and sushi, but should add different food items at times of week. The main part of the restaurant definitely needs to get rid of that really old nasty,stinky rug. It is definitely putrid when you try to eat and smell that. It's a really bad rat or hamster crate smell. There are times I don't know if I am getting my cup back. But other wise good needs better quality slacking.
