There is long waiting line even at the time of opening. You come in, pick some meat balls or salsiccia and get seated, the meat is cooked for you and brought to the table. It feels like the goal is quantity, not quality. If you're...Italian, it could be interesting, but if you're eg. from central Europe, you eat better meat regularly. Situated in the historic center of Cisternino (BR), it has an excellent location as shown in the photos. Excellent meat and good side dishes of grilled vegetables. Must try.

La magnata più buona, abbondante e goduriosa della nostra settimana in Puglia! Tappa imprescindibile per chiunque voglia mangiare bene e spendere pochissimo. Vale assolutamente la pena fare la fila!

Zio Pietro un nome, una garanzia. Carne spettacolare, cottura perfetta. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Nonostante la tanta affluenza di turisti servizio davvero molto veloce. Continuate così.
