It is cooked on the spot and you can choose from couscous, sushi, frisella, burgers with various options, mozzarella salad, avocado toast, soya noodle etc etc. All so tasty and quiet healthy. I had their homemade ice tea and really liked it. They gave some desserts too but I didn't get the chance to try yet.Only outside seating in the summer but owner told us that they move to another location during winter. We came back 2 times and will come back for certain again whenever in puglia.

I’m not vegetarian but living for a month in a town that focuses on meat, you learn to crave a balanced, healthy diet! Prompt and caring servers. You can get your healthy food fix here (then cap it off with L’Era gelato). I wish we had found Micro open more often, but probably was because we went post-holiday in the fall.
