Dairy Queen - Cistern

Food was cold. Took awhile to receive it you would think it would be fresh. Order was wrong all the way. $40 for that and couldn’t even get a ranch for the tenders. We through the food away.

Food was cold because cashier was in deep conversation with a customer about a job at a daycare which she got fired from. While talking to other customer my food just sits out getting cold. We will never eat here again

I came in on July 5, 2024, and there was probably six or seven employees in the restaurant, most of them just standing around as I waited at the counter. There was absolutely no other customers in the store. It was 3:40 PM in the afternoon. I asked the lady at the counter what kind of drinks they had and she said she didn’t know then when the order came up and it was sitting on the counter to be walked over to me and I was the only customer in the store, they probably waited 3 to 4 minutes to walk over and hand it to me.This was probably the most unresponsive group of employees that I’ve ever encountered.

The manager was very rude and the bathrooms were durty. The toilet.The coke dispenser was not working and I ask for help, she acted very inconvenient when I asked for help. The other employee were

This location is kind of inconvenient to exit. You must go northbound onto service road of I-35 and it's a bit of a trek to turn around and head southbound on I-35. Trying to loop around out of the drive thru line to head eastbound is about impossible without a long wait. Trying to head westbound is a pain because drivers are rude and don't let you out in a timely manner because that exit is right at the 4 way intersection. Wheelchair accessibility: A couple of handicap spots and entrance/exit ramp is fine until you get up to the double entry/exit doors and have to physically open the doors if you're alone.
