While the food is typically very go... read more In the past couple of years since Katherine's opened, I've visited several times, and my experiences have been quite varied. While the food is typically very good, the staff's behavior has been disappointing. Just yesterday, I went there for breakfast and was the only customer in the dining area at the time. I overheard the staff in the kitchen speaking disrespectfully about my father, who is a regular patron. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as I finished my meal, settled the bill, and left. Despite the negative experience, I did leave a $3 tip on a $14 meal, but I've now lost enthusiasm for returning. I will also suggest to my father that he find another place to eat. If you value your privacy, I recommend avoiding Katherine's, as the staff may talk about you when you're not around. They are not your friends!

When I went in for the 2nd time for a to go order the waiter didn't welcome me and just looked at me. I had to go to her and tell her I had an order to pick up when it should have been obvious. They give large portions but the bfast food isn't great either.
