I repeat multiple time... read more I've ordered the same thing 9 times. It has been messed up 8 times. The only time it was ever right was the very first time I ordered it. I repeat multiple times on the two things I do not want but without fail it's always wrong. I just received my last order from there because I'm tired of getting exactly what I asked not too. I even have it repeated back to me. You should double check your tickets. I'll just drive the 15 min to Fairfield so I can get the food I actually order.

When we got there my sister went up to the cash... read more My sister, my nephew and I thought we'd eat here because we hear their advertising on the radio all the time. 1. When we got there my sister went up to the cashier to order. This was our first time here so she had questions about toppings and other things. The cashier didn't even respond to any of her questions. For example my sister asked what the toppings on one of the specials were and the cashier responded with silence. This was like that for all of her questions. 2. We ordered cheese sticks, a salad, and a half pepperoni half supreme pizza. We didn't get the salad we paid for, and the cheese sticks were just plain bread with a mountain of mozzarella cheese on top; no seasoning or garlic or whatever. I could have made that myself. Our pizza was 2/3rds supreme and 1/3 pepperoni but to be fair it was hard to tell because they pile mountains of cheese on top of everything so you can't even see what's on your pizza. This was seriously too much cheese which is weird for me to say because I LOVE cheese. 3. Half the time the employees were talking to themselves and talking about people negatively behind their backs. Not the customers, or at least I hope not, I mean their friends or whoever. They weren't necessarily cursing but they were saying words that they should be saying in front of the three year old we had with us. 4. Our bill was over 40$. For one large pizza, a salad that we didn't get, and garbage cheese sticks we had to pay 40 dollars. We could have added our mother to the party and went out for steaks for near that price. Our overall experience was so awful that it was hard to believe that there are so many 5 star reviews on this Facebook page. I don't know if they are deleting bad reviews or not, but 5 stars laughable.
