I just left since they didn't seem to care. Not going back anytime soon.

They can never make their specialty coffee consistently. I get the same 2 things and they're always too strong or made with the wrong coffee base. I've even dou... read more They can never make their specialty coffee consistently. I get the same 2 things and they're always too strong or made with the wrong coffee base. I've even doubled up on the creams and sugars and its still too strong, a warmed ice drink with melted ice. I asked if she doubled the cream and sugar and she said yes ... I'm wondering if they're being trained wrong. My 3 other Tims don't need doubled and the base coffee isn't as strong. This can cause cardiac issues and is a liability.
