Contribute Feedback What Drew Noble doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Every time we do an online order it’s bad. Wrong meat this time. Don’t ask for extra of anything times 2 button must translate to .5 by the time they make it. I don’t feel like my online order should be half the size as my order when I go in. Maybe it’s because you’re standing there supervising the work being done. This is my first review so you know it had to be bad. View all feedback.

The chicken bowl was great. Chipotle is extremely consistent and I usually never have an issue.
Wow, what a mess this place was the night we stopped. 1/4 of the tables were filled with customers the other 3/4 were disgusting covered in food and trash from the previous customers. The staff were testy and rude with the customers ordering in front of us. They were out of lettuce and simply snapped back at customers asking for lettuce ‘No Lettuce’. Their food serving line looked like it had not been cleaned called day and they just slide the wrap and bowls right through it. So when you picked up your wrap you were handling old dried food on the outside of your wrapper.Needless to say we did not order and walked out after observing the mess.Wheelchair accessibility: The space is tight in the store. A wheelchair could definitely fit but it would be close quarters for the wheelchair.
The food is delicious (obviously) and the service was good, the store was well kept and clean.
Whoever was running the front of the line tonight (Sun Feb 5th, around 6-6:30) either needs to work on her customer service skills or find another job. We asked for some sides of rice in the medium size, red, containers and she said they couldn't do that. And that's fine, we didn't know. So we asked for 6 small plastic containers of rice and she acted like we were putting her out. I didn't eat, this was for my 9 year old. He loves the rice and wanted an adult cheese quesadilla as well. After the quesadilla was ready, she threw it down on the counter. We all have bad days. I understand. Why do paying customers have to deal with your employee's awful attitude, when we too work long days. We live in Circleville but haven't been here for a few months. Not due to food quality or customer service, just out of town. But as long as she has the attitude she does then we'll go to Chillicothe or Columbus.
