Online order for 11:30am, still waiting 20 minutes later. No sense of urgency, food is still being cooked to fill the woks. Needs new management. Feel sorry for the crew. Update. Went here again this week to give it asecond try. So much better in terms of service and performance. Food tasted great! Changing my review from 1 star to 4!

What I had ordered mushroom chicken, Beijing beef and orange chicken,... read more Not sure what happened to my order, however I had ordered the item plate which was 10.50. What I had ordered mushroom chicken, Beijing beef and orange chicken, with half chowman and stir fry. What I had received was the beef in a small container with no broccoli and maybe just maybe a very small piece of chicken and two mushrooms for the mushroom chicken and the orange chicken was about 5 piece I believe. Disappointed is an understatement.

The restaurant was very busy, and it seemed that there were only three employees working that day: one at the drive-thru, one taking and preparing orders (who a... read more The restaurant was very busy, and it seemed that there were only three employees working that day: one at the drive-thru, one taking and preparing orders (who appeared to be new and wasn’t very familiar with the menu), and another handling cooking, orders, and cashier duties. Despite the hectic environment, they did an excellent job managing everything. It’s impressive to see how they maintained their composure under such pressure! However, I’m giving a one-star deduction because the limited staff meant that not all food and drink options were available. This situation falls on the management; they really need to step up and provide more support during busy times.

I visited the Panda Express in Circleville, Ohio, and encountered a rude employee while placing my order. When I asked if it was possible to get the chow mein without vegetables, she told me that she couldn't change the recipe. It was just a simple question, yet her attitude was quite unwelcoming. Initially, I tried to order another meal, but she informed me it would take ten minutes, so I settled for the Orange Chicken instead, thinking it would be a safe choice. Unfortunately, I was mistaken! They must have added an excessive amount of spice because I’ve never had Orange Chicken that was so fiery. It was so hot that I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it away, despite my love for spicy food. I've been a customer at this location many times before, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants to choose from in the area. If you decide to go, just be prepared!
