What a disastrous experience we had at this restaurant during our visit. Only a quarter of the tables were occupied, while the remaining three-quarters were fil... read more What a disastrous experience we had at this restaurant during our visit. Only a quarter of the tables were occupied, while the remaining three-quarters were filthy, strewn with food and trash left by previous patrons. The staff were irritable and unfriendly, particularly towards the customers ordering ahead of us. When someone asked if they had lettuce, the response was a curt "No Lettuce." The food serving area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and they were sliding wraps and bowls right through the mess. As a result, when you picked up your wrap, you had to handle wrappers smeared with old, dried food. Unsurprisingly, we decided against ordering and left after witnessing the chaos. As for wheelchair accessibility, the space is quite cramped. While a wheelchair could fit, it would be quite a tight squeeze.

We asked... read more Whoever was running the front of the line tonight (Sun Feb 5th, around 6-6:30) either needs to work on her customer service skills or find another job. We asked for some sides of rice in the medium size, red, containers and she said they couldn't do that. And that's fine, we didn't know. So we asked for 6 small plastic containers of rice and she acted like we were putting her out. I didn't eat, this was for my 9 year old. He loves the rice and wanted an adult cheese quesadilla as well. After the quesadilla was ready, she threw it down on the counter.We all have bad days. I understand. Why do paying customers have to deal with your employee's awful attitude, when we too work long days. We live in Circleville but haven't been here for a few months. Not due to food quality or customer service, just out of town. But as long as she has the attitude she does then we'll go to Chillicothe or Columbus.
