They should be ashamed of themselves. Continuous fights with customers, they force you pay for table service even though nobody mention it at the cashier, so it is not clear what you have to do, wait in line to get the receipt or sit at the table and wait for (poor) service. After a nice vacation, they left a very bad image of Italy at our departure. Do not sit in this bar. By the way, nobody speaks acceptable English, how ironic for airport full packed with tourists from all over the world! Honestly I'm not that surprised as Italian, everybody knows how it works done here...

We have two hours to wait for our flight to Rome, so we attempt to have some bubbly and snacks in this place: they are several of them behind the counter, yet they don't seem to have it all together, even though I speak Italian. They would not make any substitutions to the already prepared salads, exposed in big bowls at the counter. Eventually, we settle on a bottle of Prosecco, grossly overpriced at €30, a little snack, some arancini and a lot of noise at the closely-set tables. The captive audience that we are cannot have any choice.

Lovely food, not the cheapest but airport prices... 14 euros tasty double burger and new potatoes. Would recommend to someone wanting a proper meal whilst waiting for their plane!

So there's a long queue. Everyone joins it to speak to the lady whose sole purpose seems to be to tell you to sit at a table and wait for a non existent waitress. So I failed that. Queued up again and said takeaway...this time you have to join another queue to get your drinks and then back to the first lady to get the food! Service really grumpy too!

All travellers know that airport food is generally poor and overpriced. I was so happy with the food in Sicily, though, that I thought the airport food might also be good. Wrong. I foolishly took what they called saltimbocca, which lacked any evidence of prosciutto, and had a few minuscule pieces of sage on it. Disappointing. I made saltimbocca ONCE and it was better that this. Price 13.8 euro.
