But this seems like the closest thing to it that I've ever seen under a different brand name. They're serving up assembly line flatbread pizzas during lunch only. You have a variety of sauces and cheeses (vegan included), and they ask you whether you want spinach under the cheese as well (the answer is yes). They have spicy chickpeas (which I've only ever seen at one other pizza vendor), as well as spicy sauce which packs a kick. The arugula and basil I got added after the pizza was baked were fresh and plentiful. This place does do salads as well, and offering to customize your pizza at a single price makes things easy. It wasn't as crowded I was expecting, but it did provide a satisfying lunch option right downtown.
