What Kiba W doesn't like about Urbana Cafe Findlay Market:
Wait time for two lattes was over 30min... The guy making the drinks took his sweet time, no sense of urgency. Also, if they are aware of their wait times, maybe don't have only one person making drinks?? We won't be returning simply for the fact of waiting over 30mim for two small drinks. Coming from Minnesota to stop off at the market. Good cozy cold-brew coffee while shopping around.

Coffee was great. Waiting time was a bit long as there were lots of people in queue. We actually visited in a busy time.
I’ve been going to Urbana for several years now. While the turnover is high, I’ve always found the baristas to be friendly and personable. However, the new group of baristas are anything but that. Each time I’ve been they spend more time talking to each other than interacting with customers. What is worse, when they do interact with the customers they have a snarky, supercilious attitude. Despite being a regular for a while now, I won’t be going back anytime soon.
Their cold brew is STRONG. but a good place for coffee in findlay
