**A Disappointing Airport Dining Experience**
A recent visit to a restaurant at the airport revealed a frustrating dining experience. Diners reported poorly executed dishes, such as overcooked pasta and dry burgers, marred by unprofessional service from a seemingly uninterested staff. While some lamented the lack of basic hospitality and attention, a few noted friendly bartenders and enjoyable drinks. However, inconsistency in food quality and a sluggish pace left guests feeling dissatisfied. Despite moments of good service, overall impressions suggest the establishment struggles to meet the expectations of travelers seeking a pleasant meal before their flights. Recommendations lean towards exploring alternative options.

The entire ordering process was anxiety-inducing. I had to scan a code on my phone to place my order and manage several payment steps, which is frustrating since I don't use mobile payment options. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Additionally, the seats were falling apart and uncomfortable, making it feel like they were cutting into me. I’ve attached a photo of the seats. The lighting and vents also felt neglected, resembling a dusty warehouse with contaminants.
The server was genuinely nice, but I ordered a flatbread and the cheese just slid right off—it wasn't even melted. The whole situation was quite off-putting, and the bread had a taste reminiscent of wood. I really don't think I'll be coming back. However, the server deserves a raise; she did a great job. As for the bartender, I'm not quite sure about the chefs…
We stopped by this cozy spot for a snack while waiting for our flight. It took quite a while for the staff to notice us and seat us. You need to place your order through your phone, as the waiters mainly just handle drink refills. We tried the flatbreads and tater tots. The tater tots were cold but showed potential. However, the flatbreads exceeded our expectations—delicious, fresh, and the cheese had a great stretch!
It took quite a while to get service this visit, but the place was not busy. We had too much time to kill before our flight, so it was not an issue as it often is. We had a drink and a snack and moved along.
Not great. When we got there the hostess waved us towards a booth and told us to scan the QR code at the table for the menu, but she didn 't explain if we were supposed to order from that or if we 'd get an actual menu. We did get an actual menu, eventually. Service was slow, and I had to flag someone down every time I needed something, like napkins, a drink refill, and the check. Mediocre food. I ordered the spicy Nashville chicken tenders that were not spicy at all. My daughter and I split an order of soft pretzel sticks and the cheese sauce was lukewarm and congealed.
