Was Anthony Hope at Scramblers a mag?

I dined here for the first time on a whim after discovering that the brunch spot we originally wanted to try had a 45-minute wait. We were seated immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant has a feel reminiscent of Perkins, but in a positive way. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and our cheerful server really added to the experience. I enjoyed the corned beef hash, which was delicious, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The side of bacon was smoky and very flavorful as well. Overall, it was a great brunch! I also appreciated that the coffee was served in an insulated jug, allowing me to refill my mug without waiting or risking the cream-to-coffee ratio being off.
My family of five had breakfast at this restaurant on a Saturday, and we had a great experience. Although it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for a table. I tried the Brussels skillet, which was a delicious mix of Brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, and hashbrowns, served with your choice of bread and a side of hollandaise sauce. Other family members ordered The American and The Western, and they were equally pleased with their meals. Everything tasted fantastic, and the service was friendly. Our total bill for the five of us was $56. I would definitely recommend this place!
I had breakfast at this restaurant on a Wednesday morning just after 8 AM. My husband ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet, while I enjoyed the amazing avocado omelet. The prices were reasonable for what we got. Since this was our first time here and we're from out of state, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and delicious, and I highly recommend the omelets. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
I don't understand the negative reviews BUT.. I have gone for 3 weeks in a row. The first time coming here they took me and my whole work crew in without any reservations. After learning how amazing the food is I ended up taking my wife and daughter for the past couple of weekends. Food is amazing and with a lot of healthy options. Staff is very friendly and very quick getting the orders out to you in a timely fashion. Very clean environment. The colors chosen for this restaurant is relaxing and bright. For what you pay for you get a good serving size of anything you order. No mixups with orders. I will definitely be going here instead of other breakfast places for now on. Nobody else compares.
My husband and I ate here for the first time, or was pretty good. The food was good and reasonably priced for the amount of food. They were very understaffed, but the older waitress was killing it. Only complaint was my husband's steak was undercooked slightly and his hashbrowns weren't crispy like he ordered. But he said the food was good. I ordered their avocado toast, it was good.
