Probably the best Panera I have been to. I don't normally post reviews but after lunch today I wanted to take the time to say the staff here is really dedicated to customer service and even though it was hectic they still smiled and took care of everyone. The 2 ladies working the counter where you pick up your order were especially great with making sure everyone left satisfied with their order. View all feedback.

What Theodora Wiegand dislikes about Panera Bread:
Food was good. A lot of deferred maintenance and filthy. $30 for 2 people. I can go to Cheesecake factory for a better experience at that price. Panera is a family favorite and this location was disappointing. View all feedback.

Locked my keys in the car today in panera parking lot. Decided to go ask if I could sit in while I wait for help. They offered coffee and made me feel at home while I waited. Excellent customer service. Khadija was awesome and there was a man I didn't get his name but thanks to you both.

I love this Panera! Everyone is so nice and helpful. My favorite drink is the blueberry peach almond milk smoothie. Highly recommend. The place is always clean and speedy. Plenty of room to park.

I got steal cut oats with strawberries cinnamon sugar and pecans.....it was very good. Hubby got the cinnamon crunch beggle with cream cheese toasted. He like it we got a couple of large coffeesFeatures: Masks wasn't mandatory.
