Panera Bread - Cincinnati

Probably the best Panera I have been to. I don't normally post reviews but after lunch today I wanted to take the time to say the staff here is really dedicated to customer service and even though it was hectic they still smiled and took care of everyone. The 2 ladies working the counter where you pick up your order were especially great with making sure everyone left satisfied with their order.

Locked my keys in the car today in panera parking lot. Decided to go ask if I could sit in while I wait for help. They offered coffee and made me feel at home while I waited. Excellent customer service. Khadija was awesome and there was a man I didn't get his name but thanks to you both.

I love this Panera! Everyone is so nice and helpful. My favorite drink is the blueberry peach almond milk smoothie. Highly recommend. The place is always clean and speedy. Plenty of room to park.

I wonder aloud why I continue to patronize this chainIn my mind, the portion size is not at all in line with the high prices.
