Brings it to the attention of staff who promptly takes my plate and agrees to replace the dish on the buffet with fresh one. Only for the contaminated chicken hair mahakni dish to sit there for the 7 minutes for the new dish to be made be notified. Then watch the staff member pull the old dish out the new one and stir and throw in the same spoon that was in the old dish. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. And when I experience this I leave.
