While having dinner at a nearby restaurant, we couldn't help but notice the bustling crowd both inside and outside of Menchie's. Intrigued, we decided to check it out after our meal to see what all the excitement was about. The yogurt was absolutely delicious and the prices were reasonable. However, what really stood out to us was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which we believe was largely due to the owner, who greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel like valued patrons. It is her exceptional customer service that will keep us coming back for more frozen yogurt in the future.
The owner of this restaurant is absolutely amazing! She is sophisticated, classy, and truly genuine. A+ all the way!

I love this restaurant. Roxanna is friendly and attentive, and she always ensures that our visit is enjoyable. Our experience at her establishment is always delightful.
