She stated they aren’t cooking any m... read more The lady (fake red coloring) running the register was agitated when I asked when original recipe was going to be available. She stated they aren’t cooking any more chicken. Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m fairly sure this is a chicken restaurant. The when ordering my replacement chicken she walked off with an attitude. If the management and ownership cannot make their employees happy enough to work they should pay them more or get rid of the ones that don’t want to be there. Terrible service. No wonder popeyes and canes are running KFC out of business.

I had to pull up to a... read more Do NOT go to this location if Spencer Bell 's name is on the window. He is supposedly the general manager. He was rude and unprofessional. I had to pull up to a spot to wait for my order to get done. I drove up to the window again after 20 minutes of waiting. According to the girl at the window, Spencer was supposed to bring my food out to me and forgot.. The girl was honestly apologetic. I accepted her apology but asked for the manager to ask him to take something off my bill since I had to wait 20 minutes. He came to the window, slung the window open and said WHAT!? seeming very irritated. I called him out about having an additude. He proceeded to swear at me saying people didn 't show up for work. I said that wasn 't my problem, we had some words between us and he ended the conversation with F-You and shut the window.....now here I am. I hope Spencer learns a lesson about customer service over this!!
