We often stop by this KFC after visiting the zoo or the Krohn Conservatory, and our orders are always spot on. The young woman at the drive-thru window is incredibly positive and friendly. Although I'm not thrilled about putting on weight, if I have to indulge, I'd rather do it with some delicious fried chicken and biscuits!
I had the best fried chicken I've ever tasted at this restaurant. The staff were lovely, and I had a fantastic experience dining here. Despite how busy it gets, the team provided prompt service and handled everything perfectly.
I was informed at the drive-thru that there would be a 3-minute wait for popcorn chicken, so I was instructed to pull around to the front. However, after waiting 15 minutes and finding the drive-thru empty, I went inside only to discover that my order hadn't even been prepared. To make matters worse, I received cold fries and chicken that was only barely warm.
The service was fantastic! The only issue was that they ran out of ice, and a hot Sprite is not ideal.
Chicken was a bit over salted, and breast was a little dry because they cooked a bit longer than necessary. We were tired and just glad to get some warm food at the time. We went to the Drive-thur unfortunately it took a while also. We'll try another KFC next time, other than the Reading Rd location.
