Description
At a local KFC in Cincinnati, customer experiences fluctuate dramatically. While some patrons lament issues like insufficient chicken pieces and burnt tenders, citing a lack of value for money, others express satisfaction with attentive service and delicious sides. Many customers note the drive-through's inefficiencies, but those who engage with the staff appreciate their kindness and effort, even amidst understaffing challenges. Recent leadership changes have brought improvements in service, fostering hope for a better dining experience. Diners are torn between the allure of the classic comfort food and the frustrations of inconsistent quality, leaving a mixed impression overall.

These were meant to be chicken tenders, but it's hard to believe that anyone could have packaged them and considered them acceptable. They're burnt and tough, making them completely inedible.
I ordered the chicken strip meal, but the biscuit was too hard to eat. The chicken looked like it had been sitting out since lunchtime, and I arrived at 6:30 PM. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money.
I love KFC staff and the food is delicioase Dietary restrictions: I don't recomand If You are a vegetarien
I was excited to be able to stop to get kfc for dinner. I ordered, waited, and drove home smelling chicken. yum) Service was pretty quick. When I got home and opened the bucket to make plates, the chicken was way overcooked. Dry and chewy. And I ordered all dark meat. I'm hoping to speak to Mgr and ask if this is new normal.
