Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse Cincinnati

My son and I had a wonderful dinner! We really loved the new location! The staff was incredibly friendly! The piano music in the bar area added a lovely touch! The Chanel cake was fabulous, although it contained more mousse than cake, but it was still delicious!

Overall, our dining experience was quite good. We opted to try some new dishes, including the roasted chicken, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The skin was somewhat slim, slightly undercooked, and lacked flavor. On the other hand, the steak was cooked to perfection. However, we found the drinks to be quite expensive, and we were disappointed with the service when we ordered another round.

I recently dined at the new location for the first time, and I was blown away by the WOW Factor as soon as I walked in. The service was exceptional, just like I’ve come to expect. I can’t wait for my next visit!

This restaurant is a must! It was a wonderful experience from the bar atmosphere to the impeccable service great upholstered booths in the dining room.

We celebrated my mom's 92nd birthday. Jess was our server and was fantastic. She was attentive and very personable. She is a great asset to the restaurant. She made my mom feel special celebrating her birthday as did all the staff. The food was outstanding. The creme brulee was the best we have ever eaten.
