Eventually, I decided to leave because the wait was unbearable. I would not recommend wasting your time at this restaurant.

The sign ment... read more As a newcomer to the area, I was craving some delicious pancakes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was disappointed to find it closed. The sign mentioned that they were understaffed, but I couldn't help but notice people eating inside who I assume were staff members. It was a letdown, so I decided to try Bob Evans instead.

I wanted to order the pumpkin spice pancakes, but it wasn't an option online for the combo I wanted. I tried to call three times, actually four. The first time I immediately got cut off,the second through third times it rang 10 times and cut me off. I decided to drive to the restaurant and just place an order.When I got there, I asked the hostess if they were taking carry out orders, she said yes, but it would be a few minutes. I toldher I had tried to call four times, and she said they didn't take phone orders on the weekends. At this point I was so upset Ijust decided I didn't even want to give them my money and I went somewhere else. I remember that I have had many difficulties inplace with carry out orders and them actually getting them correct there, which is why I haven't tried it in a long time.Apparently they haven't improved. Won't be trying this again. I had really wanted an IHOP near me, but not even worth tryingto order from them because it's too difficult. Sad!

We interacted with the hostess more than we did our server, as it was the hostess that was doing much of the servers job. She did everything short of taking our orders and giving us our bill. I don't know who sheis, but she deserves a raise for all that she was doing. The bathrooms were also less than wonderful. They were gross, andlooked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. However, the food was great. Their french toast really hit the spot, and thecombo was a good amount of food for a fair price.
