Fusian - Cincinnati

Fusian is really good byo sushi with great options. also love their drinks. this situation is really busy during the daytime, so just order them before or give them some time. Edit: originally my assessment was due to the abnormality of employees during the posted hours lower and the management reached a declaration. I guess it was a curse that they closed the day I visited.

Ordered food via UberEATS driver stated he grabbed everything they had sitting there for us. However, our order was missing 3 large items. And no soy sauce sent at all! Who doesn't send soy sauce w sushi??? This seems to be a common thing when ordering delivery service as far as forgotten items and I'm not sure who is at fault the restaurants or the delivery driver. But there has to be some way to make it obvious if there are multiple bags or items for a specific order and maybe do check marks on the receipt or something when the staff puts the items in the pick up area so you confirm everything is there and the driver looks at the receipt to make sure everything is checked before they take it. I will say the food that we did have was yummy as always. But frustrating to not get everything.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online because it would be quicker and easier per the website. I literally waited 20 minutes for my food. My food was giving away and the cashier fussed how there is no rhyme or reason who gets served first. What? The blatant disrespect and excuses of being understaffed. My food was put in a cardboard box so by the time I got home it was a mess and only half the ingredients I ordered. And let me add where are the hair nets for those making the sushi and gloves for the cashier?

This restaurant has a diverse selection of sushi options, ranging from vegan choices to raw fish to chicken. They are efficient, hygienic, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a fast and tasty meal!

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered the vegan roll with pineapple, but I found that the pineapple did not complement the other flavors well. It either overpowered them or was hardly detectable. I may not choose to have pineapple in a sushi roll again, but I am definitely open to returning for more.
