Dry thin ham instead of Canadian bacon, and the egg had a fully cooked yolk. The hollandaise was pretty good though. My daughter's French toast was very good.

I was not disappointed, and they make lovely platting displays. I wasn’t wowed though and they made the mistake of putting out brisket and blindly platting a tough piece of meat with no flavor and not all the sauces and spices they threw at it could make it delicious.
